I had car trouble on my trip home from North Dakota to Iowa. The people at Monticello Auto Service not only fixed a major issue quickly, they explained everything they were doing before they did it, talked to me about other issues that I needed to take care of, and got me back on the road fast. Their customer service is superior! I have three boys under the age of 8 and we had to wait an hour for repairs - they let us watch TV and were so kind! This place is amazing and I know if I have an issue again on my way home I’m coming here!!

Went to one place, said 600 for a new part, but they said I should check these guys out as they have a better sensor, good thing I did. 120 dollars is all it cost for a new fuse. Honest car repair places are tough to come by. My one experience was good. Thanks!

I got a flat tire in the early afternoon and had only 3 hours to get it in and out so I could get to work and they got me in and out in less than 2 hours! Nice people, nice shop, excited to see the renovations done, I would go back in a heartbeat!

My windshield fluid dispenser cracked during the polar vortex. I was able to get in right away, was provided with a free loaner and was back in my own car the next morning. Efficient and courteous service. Special thanks to Scott who went out of his way to fetch the part on an already challenging drive to work. I will be taking my vehicle back as needed.

Had a great experience trusting Monticello Auto Service to repair my vehicle. Scott, and Ryan had my car looked at and determined it needed some work. They allowed me to use one of there loaner vehicles to get to and from work which helped me out a lot. I had just recently moved to the area and my car started having trouble starting. I tried doing some small things myself to see if I could solve the problem, but eventually it wouldn't start at all. Based off the good reviews I had found online, I gave them a call as I was walking to work one morning to see about bringing it in to be looked at. Not only were they super helpful in giving me information about a towing company to call if my car couldn't be started to bring it in, but they got me in pretty quickly. I wasn't there very long at all and they were able to fix some small things that needed fixing and they even changed my oil for me (at my request). Since I didn't have an appointment I was expecting it to take much longer but it went really fast. The staff was very professional and kind, and one of the owners even checked back in with me a few days after to make sure my car was still running well. I would highly recommend this place!
