Scott at Monticello Auto Service helped me at a moments notice. It's not fun getting car glass changed out in the rain. He opened up the garage, so the technician and I would have shelter from the elements; free of charge. What a class act....and way cool! Thank you, Scott!!

Thorough review with good communication. My alternator belt broke nearby and I limped it into their shop. It also had a nagging leak for some time. They didn't just put on a new belt and send me on my way. They dug in and found the root cause (tensioner), checked and changed the alternator, fixed the one leak and another that was caused by the broken belt. I appreciate how much they did and now my car is running great again. They also took the time to wash and detail the outside so it looked great too. I highly recommend Ryan and the crew at MAS.

I am so thankful my vehicle broke down where and when it did! Scott and the crew at Monticello Auto Service quickly diagnosed the problem with my car. After discovering it was a part covered by a warranty that could only be serviced at a dealership, they called and connected me to the closest dealership. I was passing thru Monticello on a 300 mile drive with five kids along. My van started making a terrible noise and I was very lucky to find this shop! Despite arriving twenty minutes before closing time on a Friday night the shop workers greeted me with a smile and Incredibly prompt service. Within moments they had my vehicle test driven and up on a hoist, tightening my loose front wheel and saving us from what could have been an awful situation (and all for no charge I should add!). I am so thankful for the friendly speedy service I received, and would highly recommend this place.

Scott and crew are fantastic. I broke down 5 hrs away from home on our vacation and scott got my truck fixed fast and out the door. And we made it to oklahoma with no problems at all. Thank you scott and each of the men who worked on my vehicle. Also for eliminating some charges to help me not go broke lol. You guys are amazing and i would recommend your shop to anybody. Thank you thank you thank you. Yall rock!

I can't say enough about them! They were kind, courteous and professional. They went way out of their way to help us. They took us to 2 different places to rent a car. The place that had one was in Rogers, MN. Took us there and stayed at their shop until we got there to get our stuff out of our vehicle. They stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on with our vehicle. We would recommend them highly!
