Monticello Auto Repair

Went in to get my rear breaks done. They ran into a little snag and found my caliper was the wrong year for my vehicle. They put a brand new one in with no problem. Service was excellent and everything was a decent price!

An honest mechanic that does second to none repair. He will get all my vehicles when maintenance or repair is required . As a bonus my work is always completed before or on schedule. Well done guys.

While driving back to ND on Christmas day my car lost power and was stalled on the Interstate just a few miles from Monticello MN. I had the vehicle towed to the parking lot of Monticello Auto Service. The next morning I called and explained to them what happened and that it was crucial the car be fixed asap as there was a winter storm arriving in ND and I needed to get home before it hit. They were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond to get me on the road quickly. My car ran beautifully back to ND. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR EXPERTISE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!

After getting screwed over by the Cornerstone dealership in town one too many times, I was very thankful to have found these guys! Great crew, great customer service, and great work. Don’t try to cheat you like (unfortunately) many other shops and dealerships seem to do and do reliable work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a shop they can count on!

The work that was done on my truck was great!! It needed A LOT DONE! Got a loaner car and timely updates as to what was needed and how long it would take. Since I knew this was going to be costly, used my Synchrony Car Care card with promo no interest for 1 year!! Thanks Scott for all Your help and the guys at Monticello Auto Service!

I called around town to get a set of loose wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Monticello Auto Service was by far the cheapest. The work was done quick on a Friday afternoon. The shop is clean, and all the staff I dealt with were nice people. Ryan was great to talk to, and really seems to know his stuff. I usually turn my own wrenches, but if I don't feel like dealing with it or don't have the time, Monticello Auto Service has my business.

Great guys, quick, friendly, no surprises service. Extremely fair pricing! I even get a random text message every once in a while inquiring about how my vehicle is running, if I am satisfied with their service, and if I am having any new issues, questions or concerns with my vehicle. I highly recommend anyone needing any service work preformed on their vehicles give these guys a try! My guess is that you won't be going back to your previous mechanic after!!!
