I was traveling and had a problem with my car. Yhe mechanics got it in right away, did a great job of diagnosing the problem, and went out of their way, even staying late to grt my car repaired. They were very pleasant and communicated clearly with me throughout the diagnosing process.

Talk about one of the most trustworthy mechanics and business I’ve ever experienced. My car broke down on the freeway and fortunately I was able to turn into a truck stop. I was far from home and didn’t know who to call on a Friday evening. I trusted my gut and these guys towed my car ( and let me ride in the tow truck) to their shop. Although they could’ve fixed my car then and there I told them that at the moment I didn’t have the funds. They said no problem and lent me their loaner car for the few days I needed. Truly I feel so lucky and blessed to have found this place and will continue to refer friends and loved ones to them for all their car woes!!! Thanks again, Monticello Auto- you truly represent the definition of amazing customer service and quality work!!!!

I had my windshield replaced and it was starting to get cold out so they allowed me to park my vehicle overnight inside so it could get done the next day. The service is amazing and the follow up from the staff was unexpected but very refreshing to see that the service did not stop when I walked out the door. I will definitely be going back for more service and will reccomend them as well.

Had my 2005 Silverado SS worked on at Monticello Auto Service, some major steering stuff. They took care of it immediately. Super bad situation for me , but they were super helpful, payment options and loaner vehicle if I needed it. Good work too, haven't had issues with it since!

Needed new tires for my 2012 Equinox. I had no idea I had a nail in one of my tires! The service tech took a picture and sent it to me via text!! I really appreciated that kind of in depth service. Also let me know of a leak I had been noticing, but could not pin point ,Affordable service and friendly staff.

Very kind, considerate, and helpful guys. Got me out of a huge bind and replaced my trailer tires on the spot after an emergency tire blowout on I-94. They didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Came in for rear break work. Was rainy day, scott, ran outside got me a loaner car , while it was down pouring. Work was more than I expected , but he talked me through what and why repairs needed to be done, will be back again,
