I like that the people here talk to you like a real person and not just a customer they are going to up-charge for unnecessary maintenance. I had/have a small oil leak and instead of giving me a doomsday scenario about why I NEED to perform major maintenance right away, these guys were honest and told me if I closely monitor it I can get it fixed when my schedule and finances allow. Other mech shops may try guilt and persuade customers to spend extra money on small issues that aren't necessarily time sensitive. You won't have to worry about that at Monticello Auto Service. It seems like they know honesty leads to repeat business and word of mouth advertisement. I highly recommend this very personable shop and hope to see them succeed.
