5/5 I called to schedule an oil change they got me in right away. Place was clean from waiting room back to the garage. Friendly, honest workers/service with no gimmicks or trying to sell services that are not needed. I will definitely go back. Thank you to Scott E. My car needed repair in the middle of a cross country road trip. I was pretty desperate for help as I was traveling alone with my 5 small children and didn’t want to end up stranded. Monticello Auto took great care of us! They were able to see and diagnose my problem quickly AND they didn’t charge me the full amount that they originally quoted me. The repair wasn’t as extensive as they originally thought, so they charged me less. They could have Easily charged me the full amount and I would have never known any better. They even gave me advice for repairs my car would need in the future once I made it home. I appreciate their honesty and timely help! We made it home safe! Wish I lived there and could have them as my regular mechanics!

Brought my F150 in to change my spark plugs. They were able to change all of them with out breaking any off. I also had them check the coolant and transmission fluid to be flushed due to miles and I am not sure what the previous owner did. They noticed the transmission looked to have been replaced not long ago and did not need a flush. These are very honest people who won't charge you for stuff you don't need.

The service was completed quickly and courteously.

I was not only satisfied with synthetic oil change on my vehicle but very impressed with their new location .It was a very nice setup and they are still making improvements. They are all in to be a top notch common sense auto repair shop.
